Enter The Void
During our second go round at a Jhene Aiko concert, we were even more hypnotized than we were before! For her first headlining tour, The Enter the Void Tour; Jhene hits the road with The Internet and SZA for a night of what can be called nothing less than AMAZING! It’s well noted that we’re picky about our music here at Phashion Phish, so we’re always excited to experience REAL music live. We're talking singing with bands, here! It DOES NOT get better than that.
The show kicks off with The Internet; and kick-off it did as Syd the Kyd kicked off her shoes and got all the way IN to the performance. The crowd rocked with them from start to finish enjoying their songs like "Dontcha".

Up next, TDE songstress SZA embraced her performance with dancing, crowd interaction, and a vibe that could only be called transcendental. She oozed her art. And we were here for it! The audience got down with her on songs like "Pray" and "Hiiijack", singing along and grooving.

Jhene Aiko, who has bloomed as an artist, appeared on a stage covered in candles and a vibe of peace. Yeah, we definitely felt something when the stage curtain parted to show her sitting on the ground ready to give us a show. Jhene spoke softly, interacting with the crowd, and at one point instructing audience members to call their lying trifling exes, so she could sing “Lyin King" to them. We LOVED IT!
Jhene also sung a number of songs from her debut, Souled Out including "The Pressure" and from her previous mixtapes, Sail Out and Sailing Souls, including "The Worst" and "Bed Peace".
Jhene Aiko continues to grow as an artist and performer, giving the audience far more than what they paid for. It's a night of great music and making a connection.
